Appointments may be scheduled but not cancelled or changed online. Call to cancel or change your appointment within one business day of your appointment or you may be charged in full for the missed appointment.

If you change your mind while booking or accidentally double book an appointment, contact us immediately and let us know the appointment you wish to keep.

Online appointments are confirmed by phone, email or both and specified by you. Make certain the information you provide is accurate and updated to avoid booking errors.

If you do not receive a confirmation call or email prior to your scheduled appointment, contact us immediately.

We recommend you save your email confirmation and bring it to your appointment. If for any reason your appointment did not get recorded, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our schedule is designed to permit the correct amount of time needed to complete your service. If you are late, every effort will be made to give you our full attention.

We are conveniently located steps from the Diversey Brown Line and 2 blocks north of Fullerton and south of Belmont. Taxi service is plentiful and street parking is free on most side streets until 6 pm or pay boxes on Sheffield and Diversey. Please leave ample time for parking.

For the comfort of all our guests and so that the focus remains on you, please refrain from bringing others to your appointment unless they are scheduled for a service. The salon is neither a safe or appropriate environment for small children. Strollers do not maneuver easily within the space.

Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and not included in the service fee or gift certificate. Gratuities are preferred in cash. Envelopes are available at checkout and may be left with reception.

We guarantee all of our products and services. If it doesn't work for you please let us know.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards and Cash. We do not accept checks.
